The AES Gentle Flow system dual piston hydraulic pump operates at pressures up to 1200 psi. The positions and speed of the pistons are continuously controlled to produce exacting non-pulsating flow in challenging applications such as pie fillings, baked beans or macaroni and cheese. Automate
AES’ Gentle Flow System features an LVDT sensor with a PLC controller, programmable for what you need, when you need it: initial sterilization, operation, idle, CIP, or maintenance and pump speed. Our advanced linear hydraulic-powered suction and discharge valves reduce seal wear.
Optimize
Our advanced valve design gives you control with operation in varying rates and up to 1200 psi possible.
For your ultimate convenience and efficiency, the pump is completely cleaned-in-place with a special CIP chamber in which the pumping pistons are located.
Our skilled design means a minimum number of spare parts to reduce manual cleaning time and increase reliability. The system can be used with MultiCoil™ Heat Exchangers or other tubular heat exchangers.
