AES MultiCoil™ heat exchangers develop heat transfer rates 300%-400% better than plates or tube-in-tube sanitary heat exchangers when used with fluid products, viscous products, or viscous products with particles. At AES, we simplify, automate and optimize complex industrial processes for you.
Simplify
AES MultiCoils™ perform all functions in thermal processing aseptic systems using water as the media to heat, hold, cool and regenerate.
These heat exchangers are shell-and-coil with the product in the coils having a continuous radius which significantly affects heat transfer. The tubes are Duplex 2205 SS or Nickel 200.
Automate
Heating and cooling is in the 40°F-300°F temperature range using indirect regeneration when logical.
The stainless steel or carbon shells meet ASME qualifications for 150 psi and full vacuum at 350 and 0F.
Optimize
Our MultiCoils heat transfer rates are 300%-400% better than plates or tube-in-tube sanitary heat exchangers and give you a thermally-sterilizing aseptic system. This means you will have the ability to heat and cool viscous products with or without particles, but you will never have cooked flavors in heat sensitive products such as milk.
